If you upload reference files, those may include floor plans, inspiration images, sketches, photographs, or other project material you choose to share.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a discovery call, provide estimates, understand your project requirements, deliver design services, manage appointments, and send requested studio communications.

3. Consultation payments

A 30-minute discovery call may be offered free of charge. A one-hour design consultation is priced at 500 AED. If you choose a paid session, we may send a secure payment link after confirming availability.

We do not intentionally store full card numbers on this website. Card or payment credentials should be processed by the payment provider used for the transaction.

4. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary details with trusted service providers, such as email, scheduling, cloud storage, payment, bookkeeping, or project delivery tools, when needed to operate the studio.

5. Project confidentiality

Project briefs, floor plans, images, budgets, and private client information are treated as confidential studio material. We only use them for the inquiry, proposal, consultation, or project relationship they relate to.

6. Storage and retention

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, accounting, or client service purposes. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer required.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website uses essential site functions by default. Optional Google Analytics and embedded Google Maps load only if you accept optional cookies. If marketing cookies are added later, they should be disclosed before use.

8. International services

Merci Projects is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Depending on the tools used to operate the studio, information may be processed or stored by providers in other countries with appropriate business safeguards.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from optional studio updates at any time.
