Terms that guide our work.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging Merci Projects, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal, quotation, or contract applies to your project, that document will take priority where it conflicts with these website terms.
2. Studio services
Merci Projects provides interior design, architectural composition, concept development, 3D visualization, design consultation, and related studio services. Exact deliverables, timelines, revisions, and fees are confirmed in writing before paid project work begins.
3. Consultation bookings
The 30-minute discovery call is complimentary and intended for initial project fit. The one-hour design consultation is priced at 500 AED and provides focused advice based on the information available during the session.
4. Payments and invoices
Payment for a one-hour consultation or other paid service may be requested through invoice, bank transfer, or secure payment link. Any taxes, payment fees, or additional charges should be shown before payment or stated in the relevant proposal.
5. Rescheduling and missed sessions
Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule. If a paid consultation is missed or cancelled at short notice, rescheduling or refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances and the booking confirmation sent to you.
6. Client information
You are responsible for providing accurate project details, measurements, budgets, timelines, images, drawings, and approvals. Advice and estimates may change if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or later updated.
7. Proposals and estimates
Any verbal guidance, consultation comments, or website pricing is general unless confirmed in a written proposal. Project estimates are based on the scope known at the time and may change if the brief, site conditions, timeline, or deliverables change.
8. Intellectual property
Design concepts, drawings, moodboards, renders, presentations, and other studio materials remain the intellectual property of Merci Projects unless a written agreement states otherwise. Clients may use approved deliverables for the agreed project only.
9. Third-party suppliers
Projects may involve suppliers, contractors, consultants, installers, or payment and software providers. Merci Projects is not responsible for third-party acts, delays, defects, pricing changes, or policies unless agreed in writing.
10. Website content
Website content is provided for general information and studio presentation. We aim for accuracy, but images, descriptions, availability, prices, and service details may change without notice where permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Merci Projects will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general website information.
12. Governing law
These terms are intended for a Dubai-based studio and are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Any dispute process should follow the written agreement for the relevant service or project.
13. Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Project material is treated with care and used to respond to your inquiry or deliver agreed services.
